A meaningful & insightful podcast this week. I was moved by Tom’s personal Don’t @ Me, encouraged to keep working on my own cultural awareness thanks to Gholdy’s explanation of the HRL Framework (read her book over the weekend and educators should read it!), and ALWAYS inspired to continue creating meaningful & clear criteria for often misunderstood competencies.
